For major refurbishment or repairs that cannot be carried out on site we have an extensively equipped specialist workshop facility based at our factory. Our highly skilled instrumentation engineers are able to undertake repairs to equipment such as dental scalers, monitoring equipment, and a wide range of electro-medical equipment. We also have our own in-house vaporiser calibration laboratory, equipped with the latest laser refractometry technology. Estimates to repair items sent to us are, in most cases free of charge. With free estimates, should you not wish to proceed with the repair you will only be charged the carriage to return the item. Of course we would always recommend that you return the equipment to the company who supplied it to you, as they should have the technical back up on the product that we may not have available to us, but if your stuck and need our help then we will try to accomodate you, whatever the equipment.

Waste Gas Monitoring It is essential that practices routinely carry out some form of monitoring of anaesthetic gas levels in operating areas to validate the scavenging system in use. We offer a monitoring service with a portable ambient air analyser using a single beam infra-red photospectrometer. This method gives a high degree of accuracy and immediate results, and can be used to diagnostically pin point sources of excessive exposure such as from leaks on your anaesthetic apparatus. We provide a certificate stating the levels detected for each agent that you use. We test for N2O, Halothane and Isoflurane all within the one price. If you would like to book an engineer to visit and carry out waste gas monitoring, please contact our service department who will be pleased to assist you. Please note late cancellation of a booking within 24hrs of the arranged date will be charged at full price. |
